My laptop has been down for a bit - and have to do full system recovery for a 2nd time... anyhow jus saw your email and thx for the support how sweet of you.. I did okay in C2Surf - 91.97 mins so I did a PB I guess! very very sore tho.. those hills are evil... spend 6 mths training up those hills I say...
I am on a mission to train up for next year also.. perhaps we can have coffee one Monday or Sunday... Monday is my client day and generally I have the mornings free so lets put something in the diary for a few Monday's time for a quaffee... let me know where you are located..
