Welcome on board Helen, Great to see you here.
My wife and I used Helen's Hypno birthing program for the delivery of our daughter. We then recommended her to a number of friends. We got through the birth with no pain relief, no drugs and a largely relaxing experience.
This was the same for our friends.
If you know anyone that's expecting, get them to at least talk to her or check out the website.
