- The Learning Eye is a business communications agency, specialising in experiential training and business interventions, working with clients to resolve a business issue. Over the past 10 years we has developed bespoke tools to produce scenarios and interventions that create an environment where the audience are engaged to make change. We use a number of tools to do this, all of which provide quick engagement, which is valuable as it saves time and money for staff away from the workplace. We are looking to be introduced to businesses who are working through change or innovation, and where engagement of their employees – from the board level down to the ‘shop-floor’ – needs realignment or revitalisation.
